I know that despite the years of work taken, dissertations normally just sit on the shelf and collect dust. With digital services like ProQuest and the choices to publish as open access for a small fee, hopefully that means the insights are more accessible. Even so, it doesn’t diminish the happiness related to seeing your name and hard work in print. I’m proud to have my own volume join my collection of business, strategy and digital platform books that have been my anchors for the last several years.
