What are student’s concerned about in transitioning to online classes?

I recently hosted a Twitter chat with students in my social media marketing class. As we all adjust to the “new normal” of working from home and now having classes fully online, here is what they said their biggest concerns were about the transition to online learning.

I asked the question “How is your transition to online classes? What’s going well and what has you concerned?” A word cloud analyzing this discussion shows that TIME MANAGEMENT is the students’ biggest concern.

Here’s what else they had to say:

A1 : The transition to an online class platform has been pretty smooth and not very difficult at all. I am feeling confident because I know how to navigate Moodle and other platforms fairly well. No concerns so far. #mktg452

A1: as of right now there is really no issue transitioning. The only downside is if you have questions you can’t ask them in class so you are relying on the professor to email back #mktg452
