Between 2011 and 2014 our team build a crisis response infrastructure in DuPont’s corporate communications department that included a foundation of social listening, crisis action planning, and a workflow and escalation process. That grew into a program that could support our company’s expansion of the corporate brand into social across Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, SlideShare, YouTube, StockTwits, and hosted WordPress thought leadership blog.

I was thrilled to be selected to present at the 2013 PRSA digital impact conference on how our program supported DuPont’s Global Food Security Index campaign, which ultimately won a PRSA Silver Anvil and numerous other awards.
