Research statement: As an education technology executive and researcher, I explore the intersections of digital platforms, culture, business strategy, and education. My recent publications focus on virtual team dynamics, intercultural skills development, the use of open educational resources, and policy. I regularly contribute to academic conferences and lead discussions on digital transformation and the implementation of verifiable credentials. My work aims to enhance organizational adaptability, foster inclusive educational environments, and improve cross-cultural communication.
